Drukhari is Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr’s Biggest Content Update

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is an action role playing game developed by NeoCore Games. After a long time in development, Warhammer 40k was released last month. Today, the first content update for the game, titled Drukhari, went live and brought a new faction, updated the story and made some other changes.

In Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, content updates are delivered in the form of seasons. These seasons will refresh regularly as time progresses, and will be free to all players. The developers aim to introduce new enemy types, new investigations and new conflicts with every seasonal update.

Drukhari – Season One

First and foremost, the Drukhari update adds a new faction, the Dark Eldar. Members of these factions include the Wracks, Talos and Cronos Pain Engines, Incubi and many more. These unusual creatures are described as “ruthless, dangerous and utterly alien.”

This update also adds three new investigations that add to the main story. The investigation begins with the pacification of the Triglav Subsector and an abandoned system shrouded in mysterious silence, sheds light on the unholy machinations of the Dark Eldar and their penchant for using corrupted Imperial forces and decadent Governors as their puppets and it will culminate in a violent skirmish with the true masters of pain from the Dark City of Commorragh. The new Triglav subsector will be accessible by Inquistors who have a minimum power rating of 100.

With all the major additions covered, there were also a few minor adjustments here and there. The Level Cap has been raised from 50 to 70. Adjustments were made to the PR rating and XP rewards of both campaign and random maps. Apart from these changes, the rest of the patch addresses balance issues and fixes a whole lot of bugs.
