The most popular one is Trello, an easy to use accessible alternative to Microsoft’s app. Trello helps you organize your projects into boards. At a glance, you will know what is being worked on and who is handling the task.

The second in line is Google’s own Google Keep that lets you track and organize your To-Do list. It comes with great features including color-coding notes, shareable notes, creating lists, geo-fencing, inserting images, and search by color.

Both apps are available to download for iOS and Android devices. Trello is free to download with in-app purchases while Google Keep is completely free with no strings attached.
